Sandra Ordonez is the outreach manager for the Open Internet Tools Project where she provides community management to a group of developers and individuals dedicated to creating Free Software tools for circumventing censorship and surveillance. Additionally, she manages the Girls in Tech NYC chapter and serves on the board of Joomla, one of the top three open source CMS's in the world. She holds a B.A. in international relations and public relations from American University.
