Susan Gwaltney is the office manager and corporate wellness ambassador at the New America Foundation. Her role is to oversee all facets of the day-to-day operations of the office space, as well as upholding customer service brand standards and the facilities needs of the staff. Susan has served in the hospitality industry for over twenty years with expertise is in International Spa and Wellness. In addition to her office management duties, Ms. Gwaltney serves as the corporate wellness ambassador.
