Shavky Rajabov is a grants manager at New America Foundation where he is responsible for all aspects of federal and other grants management.
 
Previously Shavky worked at International AIDS Vaccine Initiative in New York as the Financial Grants Analyst and monitored financial performance of all grants of the organization, managed budgets, revenue and expense allocation and prepared donor reports among other tasks. Before that he worked as a Senior Grants Manager at Eurasia Foundation’s Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan offices and managed grants geared toward institution building in transition economies, independent media and public policy. Shavky holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is fluent in four languages.
