Before joining CRFB, Kingsley worked on the staff of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform. Originally from South Carolina, she attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and graduated in May 2010 with B.A. in American History and a minor in French. She has also interned in the offices of Senator Kay Hagan (D-NC) and Rep. John Spratt (D-SC).
