Molly Carter is the intern for the California Asset Building Program. She works to support the program’s research, writing and general functions. Ms. Carter holds a degree in Politics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and was the Campus Editor of the university paper. She previously interned for the American Civil Liberties Union of Northern California.
