As Executive Projects Manager, Victoria Collins provides support to the President and Vice President. She is responsible for managing the President’s office and assisting in various facets of New America’s day-to-day operations. She provides research support for projects undertaken by the President. In addition, Ms. Collins serves as liaison between the Executive office and New America’s Board of Directors, Leadership Council, Advisory Councils, and various funder organizations.
Prior to joining New America Foundation, Ms. Collins served as Legislative Assistant at Locke Lord Strategies, a bipartisan lobbying firm in Washington. She researched and monitored legislation primarily related to appropriations, transportation, financial services, and foreign affairs for various non-profits, domestic and foreign government entities, and private companies. Previously, she worked for Congressman Phil Gingrey as Legislative Correspondent and Constituent Services Representative. Ms. Collins earned her BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University, and she is currently pursuing her MA in Government at The Johns Hopkins University.
