As Program Associate for the Open Technology Institute at the New America Foundation, Bincy Ann Ninan-Moses, supports the program’s research and analysis on national and international telecommunication and technology markets and policies.

Prior to joining the New America Foundation, Ms. Ninan-Moses was Program Analyst at Asia Society in Washington DC where she worked on developing and executing programs designed to address major issues and discuss recent events in Policy and Business & Economics with key U.S. and South and Central Asian practitioners to promote a greater awareness about Asia in the Washington D.C. community. Before coming to Washington DC, Ms. Ninan-Moses worked on devising and implementing business development strategies in Information Technology firms in India and Dubai, UAE. Ms. Ninan-Moses graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University, India and a Masters in Business Administration from Ohio University.
