the checks will only be spent on whatever the consumer wants to buy and spend it on it is up to the consumer to do what is right with the check which is simply spend the check at the leisure of the consumer nothing else really needs to be said or done the economy is slipping and will continue to slip until the president puts his foot down on congress and senate to pass the right bill to get the economy going in the right direction which is foward not backwards he will wont do it since noone is there to direct the president in the direction himself some leader of the free world
