Can you please tell me if I can sue a college that defaults on the said required loans, and then changes the name of the college, and continues to qualify to loan students money, and defaults again, and changes the name of the college again...This college did not do anything for me except get me deep in debt, and I have not been able to hold a public job because of the threat of garnishmentsthat I would not be able to live because of...the amount of money that I would have left to live on....This college has changed names I don't know how many times, and I have been living in abject poverty, because of this apparent loophole, can you at least tell me what type of lawyer I would need. Please, it has been years since I have been in this trap, and I need to fight back now, at the very least...please, do you know if I even have a legal standing...I am at my wits end, and now I have a dependent and I need desperately to get a paying job.....
